The Swedish company will create jobs for 300 people in the state.

As part of the actions to increase employment generation, the Governor of the State, Jaime Rodríguez Calderón, attended the inauguration of the first Dometic plant in Mexico, which will offer more than 300 jobs in the municipality of Apodaca.

Within his message, Rodríguez Calderón explained the importance of giving certainty to foreign companies to encourage investment and boost the industrial development in the State.

"When we manage to have complete confidence in governments, companies will arrive by themselves, that is important".

"We are the machine that stretches the train, but the train is very heavy. Nuevo León has managed to get ahead like this, attracting confidence, making those who come to visit us say that here it is good to invest," said the Governor.

Juan Vargues, CEO of the Dometic company, said that the company of Swedish origin seeks to increase industrial development in the entity thanks to the production of various types of air conditioning.

The Swedish company has operations worldwide and has 27 production centers in 12 countries.

The Governator added that thanks to the generation of employment, Nuevo León consolidated itself as the State with the least extreme poverty in the country.

The event was attended by Roberto Russildi Montellano, Secretary of Economy and Labor; César Garza Villarreal, Mayor of Apodaca; Juan Vargues, CEO of Dometic and Luis Lara Armendáriz, president of American Industries.
